Christina Nercessian is an Armenian writer, whose Armenianness, love for Papa God, and fascination with the beauty and complexity of human relationships seep into everything she writes. Through her stories, poetry, and articles, she aims to create a safe place for her readers, while inspiring them to live life to the fullest.
Her essay “Has Science Made God Irrelevant” was published in the Scottish The Record Magazine. It was the culmination of many years of research that strengthened her own faith when it was challenged. Her Armenian nonfiction piece “Life in the Armenian Minibuses,” published in Hraparak Magazine, portrays the warm and caring Armenian culture through the seemingly ordinary occurrences of a single bus ride. Her poem “White Storks, Returning,” published in Tiny Seed Literary Journal, expresses the longing for her ancestors’ lost homeland.
On this blog, Christina loves to share about her life and the reflections and epiphanies that are enriching it. She currently lives in the North of Sweden with her husband, Daniel.
